Texas’ Lamar Smith (R-San Antonio) chairs the House Science, Space & Technology Committee, which he says will aggressively continue to investigate the technology & personal data exposures created by the Obama Administration’s rush to “finish” the crisis-plagued website.
Smith also talks about plans to further press-subpoena the Obama EPA over what he says is a lack of research methodology disclosure that is being used to justify increasingly tighter regulations.
