At one point people were worried about their neighbors job. Now I think people are worried about their own jobs ... theres a kind of hesitancy about what the future of the economy is going to be Leppert said. At one point they were concerned about their grand children ... now theyre concerned about themselves said Leppert about what hes hearing on the Campaign Trail across Texas. When people come in & politicians talk about creating jobs cutting spending theyve never done it. Ive been actually doing it for decades Leppert said. We did some good conservative things (as Mayor of Dallas) that governments usually dont do.
