Because of that program the quote unquote missing or lost Lois Lerner e-mails are not lost theyre simply archived in the COG program Farrell said.

 We found that Lois Lerner was providing taxpayer information to the Federal Election Commission and that she was also in communication with the Department of Justice discussing a criminal prosecution of tea party groups just to send a message to make a lesson of them.  So weve already seen her agenda her motives in action in her own emails.

In a Monday interview with Fox News host Greta van Susteren the Cong. Darrell Issa (R-CA) chairman of the House Committee on Oversight & Government Reform said the panel plans to call IRS Commissioner John Koskinen back to grill him about what he knew and when he knew it.

Koskinen either lied under oath or he chose not to know a critical fact about the existence of the emails said Issa. When he said heaven & earth was moved to find the emails ... in fact somebody many somebodies knew that Lois Lerners emails apparently do exist and they simply havent bothered to go get them from what theyre calling Disaster Recovery Documents. This time I intend to call him back for a deposition behind closed doors where we can ask him extensively what he knew and when he knew it. We can go through day by day how much time he spent getting briefed for his hearings because he either lied under oath or he chose not to know a critical fact Issa said.

Judicial Watch spokesman Farrell believes the Obama Administration has known all along where the email records could be but dishonestly withheld that information through what the organization says is a massive obstruction of justice.
