Macias Officially Files for Re-election in March Republican Primary

Bulverde TX – On the first day of filing for the upcoming Primary Election on March 4th Republican State Representative Nathan Macias made his re-election intentions clear by being among the first to officially submit his candidacy paperwork with the Republican Party of Texas.

Filed at Texas GOP Party Headquarters in Austin candidates for office have from December 3rd until January 2nd to apply for a place on the Primary ballot.
After filing Macias stated “I enter this campaign season humbly but with great confidence that the principles I stand for and the legislation I supported and voted for will be a clear indicator to the voters that I have done exactly what I said I would do.  In the long run I believe that is what citizens are looking for someone who is thoughtful instilled with character consistent and honest.  In 2006 the voters of District 73 gave me the honor and privilege of serving as their State Representative and I again ask for their support and vote on March 4 2008.”
