Texas Insider Report: WASHINGTON D.C. The ruling today once again blocking the implementation of the Presidents unlawful actions is a victory for the constitution and the American people. Once again the courts have upheld what President Obama himself conceded 22 times he does not have the authority to act unilaterally and change the law said Cong. Michael McCaul (R-TX) earlier today after the 5th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals upheld an injunction blocking President Obamas unilateral actions on immigration.
I will continue to urge President Obama to abandon his unconstitutional amnesty orders and focus on something the American people actually want border security said McCaul who currently serves as chairman of the Homeland Security Committee in the U.S. House of Representatives.
