Texas Insider Report: AUSTIN Texas Young Conservatives of Texas (YCT) the most active political youth organization in Texas announced
Wednesday that they are endorsing conservative Myrna McLeroy for House District 44. The group has been providing grassroots conservative leadership across the state for more than 30 years.

We looked at the entire field asked questions attended forums and all signs pointed to Ms. McLeroy."
YCT counts half-a-dozen alumni currently in the state legislature. YCT has a history of being active in the campaign process and gives its members opportunities to gain experience in campaigning by helping candidates the organization has endorsed.

Myrna McLeroy is running for the seat in Texas House District 44. The seat was vacated with the passing of the late-Rep. Edmund Kuempel. Governor Rick Perry has called for a Special Election on December 14th. House District 44 covers Wilson Guadalupe and Gonzales counties.
