24 States now part of Multi-state Coalition challenging presidents unilateral unconstitutional immigration directive

presidents proposed executive decree violates the U.S. Constitution and federal law
circumvents the will of the American people and is an affront to the families and
individuals who follow our laws to legally immigrate to the United States" said Att. Gen. Greg Abbott

announcing that the states of
Arizona Arkansas Florida Michigan North Dakota Ohio & Oklahoma had signing on to
the growing complaint challenging President Obamas executive action on immigration.
More than 20 states have joined our challenge against the presidents unilateral executive action to bypass Congress and rewrite immigration laws."
The additional states added to the amended complaint brings the multi-state coalition led by Texas total to 24 including:
