Unfortunately my Democrat colleagues who are trying to ram through a 2000-page $1.3 trillion omnibus spending bill introduced in the waning hours of the lame duck session appear to be suffering from amnesia.
I urge all of my colleagues to support this measure so we can keep the government funded through the holidays and return in the new Congress to hold an honest transparent debate before we vote to spend more money we dont have."
