If the EPA moves to take control of a permitting process that the Clean Air Act allows to be delegated to the states IT WILL KILL 1000s OF TEXAS JOBS & DERAIL A PROGRAM THAT HAS IMPROVED TEXAS AIR QUALITY CONSIDERABLY.
