Joe Barton during a hearing on the much-maligned HealthCare.gov. “You have no reasonable expectation of privacy regarding any communication or data transiting or stored on this system,” said Barton, quoting from the site.
“Do you think its right that 99% of the people going through the system get rejected, and can’t even complete the application?” asks Barton.
