WASHINGTON DC Rep. Pete Olson (TX-22) today issued the following statement of support for Texas House lawmakers final approval of HB 910 yesterday which allows Concealed Handgun Licensees (CHL) to carry handguns either wholly or partially visible in a belt or shoulder holster:
Texas gun owners have a 20-year record of law-abiding and responsible behavior Rep. Pete Olson said. Texans have proven its not necessary to restrict the rights of lawful gun owners who seek the same personal protection option that 43 other states currently allow. Im pleased to see the Texas House act and I hope the Texas Senate will follow suit.
