Texas Insider Report: Sugar Land Texas Cong. Pete Olson (R-TX) will be joined by House Majority Whip Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) on Friday March 30th at a press conference with local business leaders to discuss the impact of federal energy policies on oil and gas production fuel prices and job creation.
Olson and McCarthy will be joined by members of the Eastern Harris County Manufacturers Association (EHCMA) including Board Chairman Jim Griffin and the President of the Economic Alliance Houston Port Region Chad Burke and other participants.
Olson and McCarthy will also take a boat tour of a portion of the Houston Ship Channel to view the impressive energy and manufacturing infrastructure that makes Houston the energy 
capital of the world.
