Texans have a right to expect that our childrens education not be held hostage to the personal and political agendas of whatever majority controls the state board. But that expectation isnt being met. -Sen. Rodney Ellis (D-Houston) commenting on the strengths and weaknesses vote taking place at next weeks School Board of Education meeting.
