AUSTIN – The Texas Public Policy Foundation will host its 7th Annual Policy Orientation for the Texas Legislature tomorrow and Friday at the Four Seasons Hotel in Austin.
The Foundation’s Policy Orientation brings together lawmakers policy experts and interested citizens from across the political spectrum to discuss the most critical issues facing the state. The Foundation expects a diverse bipartisan crowd with dozens of Texas legislators and more than 200 legislative staff in attendance.

9:00 a.m. Eminent domain policy discussion featuring Susette Kelo
Morning Panel discussions on government transparency and Texas corrections
12:00 noon Immigration policy debate between Dr. Arthur Laffer and Mark Krikorian
Afternoon Panel discussions on insurance higher education charter schools and health care
6:00 p.m. Dinner with keynote remarks by Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst
