Rep. Alonzo Taking Part in NHCSL Energy Summit in Providence RI

Alonzo is currently taking part in an important energy summit being hosted by the National Hispanic Caucus of State Legislators (NHCSL) taking place Thursday-Saturday July 21-23 2011 in Providence Rhode Island.  Billed as the NHCSL Summit on Clean and Renewable Energy:  Energy Opportunity and Economics the 3-day gathering of lawmakers from across the country I hearing about alternative energy resource options issues climate change nuclear energy energy independence and other opportunities that impact the industry. Hearing presentations on various sources of clean energy renewable energy climate change energy independence nuclear energy the future of energy reality and other related issues that impact the industry give lawmakers like myself an excellent opportunity to share exchange and hear ideas.  These are ideas all that will undoubtedly have a direct as well as an indirect effect on the quality of lives of all citizens not only in Texas but across the nation said Rep. Conferences like this that bring lawmakers from across the country together give policymakers  like myself an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas and gain a better insight feedback and valuable information on what we can expect to deal with when we tackle our own legislative issues in Texas continued Rep.
