I would respectfully request that you investigate these charges or have them turned over to the Texas Rangers for investigation on behalf of the citizens of Texas.
Texas Insider Report: AUSTIN Texas Representative Dan Flynn (R-Van) sent a letter to the Attorney Generals Office this week sharing his thoughts regarding the formal complaint that has been lodged against Harmony Schools by the Teachers Education Agency. In his letter Flynn mentioned his concern that Texas Taxpayers are in fact in danger and our education system seems to be in peril.
Flynn cited multiple concerns about Harmony Schools including: discrimination against English language learners and students with special needs discrimination against employees based on national origin/gender misuse of the H-1B visa program apparent violation of competitive bidding laws misuse of state/federal funds and failure to maintain adequate internal controls.
Representative Flynn said in the letter I would respectfully request that you investigate these charges or have them turned over to the Texas Rangers for investigation on behalf of the citizens of Texas.
