“This address is an opportunity for President Obama to set a bipartisan agenda for the year, and lay the groundwork for Congress and the President to work together on job creation, smart fiscal policy, and immigration reform in 2014. Tonight, I hope the President draws focus to these critical issues and addresses the next steps in implementation of the healthcare law, as well as support for opportunities for energy and infrastructure development nationwide.”
