Texas Insider Report: AUSTIN Texas The Young Conservatives of Texas (YCT) is known for producing the longest running and one of the most well-respected Legislative Ratings Analyses in the state ranking legislators on a scale of 1 to 100 after each biennium based upon their voting record. During the 81st Legislative Session Texas State Representative Mark Strama received a YCT Rating of 3 out of a maximum 100.
YCT says this voting record has helped Strama receive the endorsement of groups well known for their backing of far left candidates.
