Wayne Christian announced that he received the re-election endorsement of the Conservatives for Quality Government a group of conservative Republican community leaders in Harrison County. Due to redistricting Harrison County is now the largest county in District 9 which Rep. Christian currently represents in the Texas House.

Through door-to-door activity phone banking and other grassroots activity Rep. Christians campaign has contacted well over 10000 Republican voters in the new counties of House District 9.
