Texas Insider Report: PLANO Texas Roger Burns successful businessman & community leader who had a strong 3rd place finish
in the primary election for State Rep. in HD 67 endorsed Jeff Leach in the upcoming runoff election on July 31st. Burns received more than 20 of the vote in the election on May 29th.
I am pleased to endorse Jeff Leach in the runoff election. Over the past several months I have learned about Jeffs goals and priorities and I strongly believe he is the best candidate in the runoff to represent our community in the Texas Legislature Burns said.
I have complete confidence that Jeffs heart is in the right place. He will work hard as our State Representative and will strive to do what is in the best interest of our district and the State of Texas. I strongly encourage my friends in House District 67 to support Jeff Leach on July 31st."
In response to Burns endorsement Leach said I have truly enjoyed getting to know Roger and Claire and their family throughout the course of this campaign. Roger is a strong leader in our district and I have been challenged and encouraged

Running for Texas House of Representative in District 67 Jeff Leach was raised in Plano and graduated from Plano Senior High School. He is a graduate of SMUs Dedman School of Law and currently practices with the law firm of Griffith Nixon Davison P.C. He received his undergraduate degree from Baylor University.
Leach and his wife Becky are active members of Prestonwood Baptist Church in Plano. They live in Plano with their two children Brady age 4 and Charlotte age 1.
