Hundreds of my constituents have called and written my office to express their outrage at the Administrations neglect of our border and disregard for enforcing our current laws.

Two weeks ago when President Obama addressed the nation with
his intentions to grant amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants I pledged to do everything in my power to prevent his unlawful actions
said Texas Cong. Roger Williams earlier today addressing Thursday evenings vote to keep the federal government funded.
Yesterday
I voted against the Consolidated & Further Continuing Appropriations Act of 2015 referred to as the CR/Omnibus bill because not only does it not do anything to thwart the Presidents unilateral actions
it provides full funding for them.
While there are many good provisions in this bill
I cannot allow President
Obama to receive funding to
usurp Congress and implement his amnesty-driven agenda. Fully securing our border needs to be a top priority and
we cant afford to take this huge step backwards Williams said.
