Senator Dan Patrick (R-Houston): Absolutely. We are going to cut the budget somewhere between 9 10 $11 billion dollars when its all said & done and thats a huge cut. Were not going to raise taxes and were going to fund public safety were going to fund our schools ... the average school is going to have about a 4-to-8 cut ... if school districts cant live with a 5-to-6 cut on average then theyve got a problem managing their district.
