Senate Dist. 4 Special Election UPDATE: State Rep. Steve Toth Talks

Ive worked hard with Texas Right to Life and theyve endorsed me in my bid for Senate District 4. width=289Texas Insider Report: AUSTIN Texas While most Texans focus on the May 27th Statewide Run-Off Elections a crucial Special Election is coming to a head outside Houston to replace 10-year incumbent Tommy Williams. State Reps Steve Toth & Brandon Creighton in what many say is a contest of style over tactics are in a heated battle to represent the strongly Republican District.

Insiders John Griffing & Sam Malone of Houstons AM-1070 The Answer talk turkey with Rep. Steve Toth.

Ive worked hard with Texas Right to Life theyve endorsed me in my bid for Senate District 4 and Im so thankful for them. Were winning the argument so long as we are able to share the truth and the science about the life of the pre-born Toth said.
Of the controversial CSCOPE Curriculum he helped overturn in the last Legislative Session Toth said
Its really egregious that something like CSCOPE was actually being used in our Texas schools and a lot of people have heard about it ... It teaches that the Oil & Gas Industry is bad it teaches that the Beef Cattle Industry causes global warming it teaches that the terrorists that flew the planes into the Twin Towers were freedom fighters not terrorists and that our Founding Fathers were terrorists when they threw tea into the Boston Harbor Toth tells Griffing & Malone.
It even teaches that Capitalism is a sub-standard system to Communism. The teachers had to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements so they were not allowed to tell parents what their kids were being taught. Barbara Cargill the Chairwoman of the Texas State Board of Education was not allowed to look at CSCOPE. Its only because parents rose up ... the parents are the ones that got this done said Toth.
