I applaud our state leadership for standing united against President Obamas lawless executive action on illegal immigration. His order to shield millions from deportation is a genuine threat to our sovereignty and the safety of our citizens.
Texas is leading the way against President Obamas blatant one-man gang approach to immigration issues and we will continue to fight until the battle is won. Mondays ruling to temporarily block this push for amnesty is a victory for Texans and the 25 other states who have joined our efforts.
Among the 26-state coalition fighting President Obamas attempt to grant amnesty are Alabama Arizona Arkansas Florida Georgia Idaho Indiana Kansas Louisiana Maine Michigan Mississippi Montana Nebraska Nevada North Carolina North Dakota Ohio Oklahoma South Carolina South Dakota Tennessee Utah West Virginia and Wisconsin.
