Tony Perkins Washington Update

As the Senate hunkers down for the Supreme Court battle of the year one Republican is speaking out. Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.) the GOPs ranking Judiciary Committee member said there is no justification for discriminating against men and women in uniform as Elena Kagan did by kicking recruiters off of Harvards campus.
In an op-ed in todays Milwaukees Journal Sentinel Sen. Sessions talks about Kagans fury over the ban on open homosexuality in the military.
Support for the troops and respect for the law cant be set aside whenever politically convenient. In one of the most significant positions shes held Kagan used her authority to hinder--rather than help--the soldiers who fight and die for our freedoms.
As Ive publicly stated this blatant anti-military activism driven by a clear bias toward advancing the homosexual agenda calls Kagans ability to be an impartial jurist into question. Later this month Kagan will have the opportunity to try and convince the U.S. Senate and
the millions of Americans who are troubled by her actions at Harvard that she is qualified to sit for the rest of her life on the nations highest court.
