May 27th Republican Primary Runoff. Cong. Sessions who represents
Texas 32nd Congressional District is the House Rules Committee Chairman and former Chairman of the National Republican Congressional Committee.
For 16 consecutive days Paxton avoided a series of public appearances and ducked reporters requests to explain his admission of
repeatedly breaking laws designed to protect Texans from unscrupulous investment companies. During this time respected law enforcement officials and dedicated grassroots leaders have flocked to Branch in announcing their endorsements.

Congressman Sessions is the 13th endorsement Dan Branch has received since recent revelations of serious securities and ethics law violations by Branchs opponent surfaced including the Texas State Securities Boards disciplinary reprimand of Ken Paxton last week.

judge Ted Poe R-Houston U.S.
Congressmen Pete Olson R-Sugar Land and
Cong. Bill Flores R-Bryan as well as
Rep. Tryon Lewis R-Odessa Chairman of the Texas House committee responsible for overseeing the Office of Attorney General.

Recent events in the Republican runoff to choose our Attorney General nominee have been deeply disturbing.
Now that Sen. Ken Paxton has admitted to repeatedly breaking laws designed to protect Texans from being cheated by unscrupulous investment companies it is clear we cannot have him as a nominee to be our states top law enforcement officer.
Our next Attorney General must be beyond reproach in order to truly bring the fight to the Obama Administration and enforce the laws of our state.
