Texas Insider Report: AUSTIN Texas -- (BAYTOWN) Wayne Smith conservative Republican candidate for re-election as Texas State Representative District 128 released his newest TV ad highlighting his fight to rid the area of illegal game rooms.
Citizens in our area knew illegal game rooms were a problem" Smith said. Law enforcement told me they needed new laws to combat this problem to win the fight. So I passed legislation that gave counties the authority to shut down illegal game rooms that are a breeding ground for serious crimes including human trafficking drugs and murder."
