Congressman Smith: Keystone has become more than a pipeline. Its a symbol of President Obamas unwillingness to put American jobs first. He has gone against the will of the American people by vetoing Keystones 42000 jobs. Its time for the president to put the interests of the American people ahead of the agenda of an extreme wing of his party.
The Keystone XL pipeline has been under review for more than six years.
