R-Nederland) chair of the Natural Resources Committtee Senate Joint Resolution 1 (SJR 1) is the legislative vehicle to provide for should the Constitutional Amendment be approved by Texas voters creation of the State Water Implementation Fund for Texas.
I would also assist in the financing of priority projects in the state water plan.
