At the end of the day when I got the actual numbers ... after fighting some of those very same attorneys who got those settlements yet had tried to deny me a legislator the ability to get the information from a quasi-state agency on what the details of that settlement were ... the actual numbers were about $101 million dollars in actual damages and the attorneys were paid $55 million dollars " said Taylor. These are property claims ... either your propertys damaged or its not. Its either fixed or its not. This isnt something that requires years & years of litigation" Taylor an insurance industry member for decades said.
