Texas Insider Report: AUSTIN Texas The Sonogram Bill has a Severability Clause so that means if theres one portion of the law thats declared unconstitutional it doesnt negate the whole piece of legislation only that part ... so the likelihood of the whole bill being struck down is remote. Well have to see where we stand on all of that (the Sonogram Bill court decision of Tuesday.)"

5. Tort Reform
6. We had some very good Immigration Reform the list goes on and on and on.
7. A Health Care Compact to allow us as a state to opt-out of Obama Care.
