The Sonogram Bill has a Severability Clause so that means
if theres one portion of the law thats declared unconstitutional it doesnt negate the whole piece of legislation only that part ... so the likelihood of the whole bill being struck down is remote.

Without a doubt and you can go back & look at the records but in our lifetime we passed more conservative bills this session than weve ever passed any session:
- The Sonogram Bill
We passed Eminant Domain
- Balanced the Budget without raising taxes
- Left money in the Rainy Day Fund
- Tort Reform
- We had some very good Immigration Reform the list goes on and on and on.
- A Health Care Compact to allow us as a state to opt-out of Obama Care.
