Texas Insider Report: WASHINGTON D.C. - The U.S. Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) has issued another round of ObamaCare waivers. The total number of waivers have reached 1372 and affect the policies of 3.1 million Americans. Ironically HHS website (see map below) detailing these waivers claim that exempting people from ObamaCare is Helping Consumers Keep Their Coverage.
In other words the government must prevent ObamaCare from going into effect to make sure people dont lose coverage!
These waivers have been granted to Nevada Maine and New Hampshire.
According to a document from the House Ways & Means Committee:
When 30 states are taking steps to prevent the implementation of the Democrats health care law in their state that is a pretty strong indicator that the health care law is not working and that we need to repeal it start over and craft workable solutions that will actually increase affordability and access for all Americans.
Thirty states (in red below) are either seeking a waiver have received a waiver or are suing the federal government to get out from under the budget-busting and job-crushing mandates in the law.
Critics say evidence of lawsuits exemptions and exceptions are not health care reform.
