“Heather Burcham passed from this life Saturday evening. Her pain and suffering have forever ceased and her joy and youthfulness renewed as she now may eternally revel in the loving arms of her Savior. “An inspiration to myself my staff and others whose lives were touched when she came to the Capitol this past February Heather was a physically meager yet passionate believer in the importance of informing Texans about a terrible disease that claims the lives of too many of our wives daughters mothers and friends."
