Businessman joins broad Campaign to Save Houston Lives"
Texas Insider Report: HOUSTON Texas Former Texas Secretary of State and respected Texas civic leader George Strake has endorsed voting FOR Prop 3 which can be found at the very end of Harris Countys historically long Fall 2010 ballot. Strake joins a broad array of Houstonians supporting the life-saving benefits of the red light safety program in Houston including:
State leaders such as State Representative Alma Allen State Representative Carol Alvarado State Representative Ellen Cohen State Representative Senfronia Thompson State State Representative Ellen Cohen State Representative Senfronia Thompson State Representative Sylvester Turner State Representative Beverly Woolley and State Representative John Zerwas M.D.
Law enforcement and first responder groups such as the:
- Houston Police Officers Union
- Houston Professional Firefighters Association
- Houston Black Firefighters Association
- Harris County Afro-American Sheriffs Deputy Union
- Harris County Sheriff Adrian Garcia
- Constable Victor Trevino of Harris County Precinct 6 and
- Constable May Walker of Harris County Precinct 7.
City leaders such as Mayor Annise D. Parker and Councilmembers Anne Clutterbuck District C; Wanda Adams District D; Al Hoang District F;
