The Texas Association of Business has named State Representative Robert Talton a “Fighter for Free Enterprise” as a result of his “stellar pro-business pro-Texas voting record in the 80th Legislative Session.”
On Behalf of TAB and its members President Bill Hammond thanked Talton for his hard work to promote a better business climate that will ensure that more jobs especially good-paying jobs are created and retained in Texas and added “We are proud to present you with this certificate to commemorate your outstanding voting record.”
Representative Talton responded “It is a great privilege to represent my constituents in the Legislature and I am honored to receive this award from TAB that identifies me as a Fighter for Free Enterprise. I will continue to fight for a strong and vibrant private sector free of excessive government regulation.”
