Former Congressman Tom Delay talks with Texas Insider
By John Griffing
Texas Insider Report: AUSTIN Texas On January 19 2015 Texas Insider carried an exclusive story entitled
Human Being Put Into Receivership by Federal Judge in Dallas Texas detailing a judicial corruption racket in the heart of Texas
that appears to be so pervasive that Dallas citizen and entrepreneur Jeff Baron lost all (or most) of his constitutional rights.
The saga continues. Here is an update.
Baron lives in a form of modern-day slavery forced to watch as his life is torn apart by an army of rapacious attorneys and the judges who actively permit the Roman blood-sports to continue.
Apparently Texas Insider got the attention of the judges in the case.
On March 27 2015 a subsequent ruling gave all the parties involved in the case immunity" for the theft of Jeff Barons property and assets included a condemnation of Barons publicity":
Moreover this case and those involved in the case including Judge Furgeson United States Bankruptcy Judge Stacey G. C. Jernigan (Judge Jernigan") the bankruptcy trustee the Receiver and the Receivers professionals have received a fair amount of unwarranted negative publicity and treatment at the hands of Baron and his supporters.
The First Amendment sure is inconvenient for some especially for judges granting immunity for theft of private property - $6 million worth to attorneys.
For those who missed the original story lets review the facts. Here is a short excerpt from our exclusive story published in January:
Judge Royal Furgeson a federal judge in Dallas Texas made history before retiring for the first time since 1865 by putting a human being into receivership.
Former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay an authority on judicial corruption himself called for Furgesons impeachment and referred to the judges actions as totally unconstitutional.
Furgeson retired in 2013 in the middle of this case to become dean of the University of North Texas Law School. He is now collecting a generous pension which he will receive for the duration of his life."
After information was presented showing that judges attached to Barons case were now issuing rulings seeking to punish Jeff Baron for his exposure in media (including Texas Insider & T-SPAN) we again contacted former Texas Congressman and U.S. House of Representatives leader Tom DeLay to again get his reaction on the latest developments.
Delay tells Texas Insider:
Because of what Ive been through these attacks by the left using ethics charges in Congress and being indicted on a law that doesnt exist but even before that I was taking on the judiciary.
And in doing so Ive found case after case after case where our judiciary is being used and misused whether it be politicians misusing the courts to stop people from giving money to campaigns or this situation where the federal government through the federal judiciary has illegally confiscated someones property and destroyed their lives because they have a vendetta against them says DeLay.
Delay believes the problem is gangrenous.
Its pervasive" said Delay.
And its pervasive throughout our system because the other two branches of government are not standing up and exerting their authority under the Constitution against the judiciary."
The former congressman was asked if the problems of judicial activism and abuse were without solution. His response was as follows:
No its not too late! Im spending a lot of time right now trying to convince people on a federal level members of Congress Senators working with different organizations that under this are representing people who are being
abused by the judiciary.
Its so pervasive that people are starting to come forward standing up creating organizations to fight it and to represent people affected by judicial abuses said Delay.
DeLay refers to Jeff Baron as an example of the pervasive nature of court overreach in America.
Even a business partner may have a judge whos a friend and he talks this judge as in this case into doing pretty amazing things to take away his partners livelihood and his company.
It is fundamental and foundational. It comes back to the Constitution.
The Constitution set up a government with checks and balances because the founders were leery of all power being in the same hands. But it is a government that can only survive if there are good people serving in that government.
Over the last 40 to 60 years not very many good people have been in charge of our government" stated Delay.

As Delay contends The people that are in charge now dont believe in rules dont believe in truth they believe they can define what truth is and as a result they abuse the systems that we have. And while they are abusing it the rest of the people who are supposed to hold them accountable are letting them do it."
When Delay says the problems facing Mr. Baron in Dallas are now systemic pervasive through the entire system" many believe him to be accurate.
Even today in spite of the 5th Circuit court of Appeals ordering the plundering of Barons property to cease and further ordering that Judge Fergusons original receivership" (slavery) decision be reversed Baron is still without justice a full five (5) years later.
The 5th Circuit reviewed this draconian Order of the District Court and clearly stated that the District Court was without authority to appoint the Receiver over Baron" and then vacated" the Receivership Order.
Notwithstanding this first part of the Appellate Courts Decision vacating the Receivership Order the Appellate Court did not restrict the Receivers authority over Baron and his assets. Rather it allowed the Receiver and his law firm to be paid in excess of $6000000 from Barons assets without submitting bills just simple statements.
In many respects such a scenario is worse than corporate embezzlement since it is being done by public servants to private citizens.
Incredibly this Receivership Order has continued four and a half years rendering Mr. Baron destitute to this day.

While the Receivership Order is currently suspended" it nonetheless remains operable putting Mr. Baron in perpetual legal limbo -- until the judge feels like changing his mind.
Various legal minds also believe Mr. Baron is now involuntarily bankrupt. The judges order dated March 27 2015 gave the attorneys and the receiver full immunity from liability in any money misappropriated in the execution of Barons case mainly because the judge claimed not to understand" the case.
A judge not understanding the case which some believe is doubtful and receiving nothing more than a wrist-slap for plundering a mans livelihood is a sad commentary on the state of justice in America.
The comment: justice is but a memory.
All of this was done to Mr. Baron without an actual trial to date no trial in the case has ever occurred though a date and court order were entered in the docket as if a trial had actually occurred.
David H. Relkin a premier attorney in the state of New York who has been involved with Barons case concurs that Baron is a victim with grievances akin to those who suffered under the racist dogmas of slavery in America prior to emancipation.
Says Relkin a respected authority on legal topics concerning the Constitution and commerce and a former partner with the respected law firms of Kreindler & Relkin P.C. and Duane Morris LLP;
As a consequence of inaction Jeffrey Baron suffered the most outrageous denial of a persons basic constitutional and human rights in this country since the Dred Scott Decision.
The only accurate analogy to his situation while under the Receivers control is that he became an inmate at Guantanamo Bay.
If one thing can be learned from Barons case it is that judges are operating in a vacuum and real action is needed to hold judges accountable.
Legislatures both state and federal are charged with holding courts and judges responsible.
Until judges are forced to pay criminal penalties for such behavior many legal experts fear America and its courts risk a rapid descent.
Jeff Barons case could be that of everyman or any woman or even child in America. Is it too late to halt the

forces of judicial despotism attacking freedom in America?
Martin Luther King once said Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere."
