State Senator Glenn Hegar embodies several of those conservative qualities through his various leadership positions within the Texas Legislature.
As chairman of both the Nominations Committee and the Senate Finance Subcommittee, he maintains a conservative record that is well deserving of the #1 pro-life rating that he received from Texas Right to Life, as well as the coveted endorsement from Texans for Fiscal Responsibility.
