Texas Insider Report: AUSTIN Texas The Texas Civil Justice League Political Action Committee (TCJL PAC) today endorsed Cecil Bell Jr. for election as State Representative for the newly created District 3 which covers part of Montgomery and all of Waller County.

A sixth generation Texan and owner of a construction business Cecil Bell brings a strong record of community service to the District 3 race. He currently serves as President of the Board of Trustees of the Magnolia Independent School District and as Chairman of the Greater Magnolia
Economic Development Partnership. He and his wife Jo Ann have two sons.
