Barry Smitherman has demonstrated that he understands that agriculture and energy work hand-in-hand and that both industries are crucial to a strong economy" said Joe Parker Jr. TSCRA president and TSCRA PAC co-chairman. Like Texas ranchers he knows that we must continue to take care of our natural resources--both above and below the surface."
