Voter ID: Obama-Appointed Judge Thumbs Nose at Rule of Law

Lets stop the charade. Photo ID stops fraud caption id=attachment_83074 align=alignright width=112Nelva Nelva Gonzalez Ramos/caption By Lynn Woolley Texas Insider Report: AUSTIN Texas  Liberals play to win. Thats why the timing of a ruling by Obama-appointed Judge Ramos is an outright political ploy. She voided the Texas Photo ID law just weeks before the November 4th election calling it a poll tax. This is judicial grandstanding of the worst kind.   Ramos Obama and outgoing Attorney General Eric Holder want every vote they can get and theyre not picky about who votes. People with no photo ID presumably those who do not fly on airplanes consume alcohol drive a car or apply for medical benefits will vote for Democrats every time. Lets stop the charade. Photo ID is a way to stop fraud the same fraud that elects Democrats. Obama has packed the court with leftists made possible by Senate Majority Leader Harry Reids rules change. Now if Democrats hold the majority they can approve any appointee -- no matter how radical he or she is. This current story is an example. Ramos waits until virtually the last minute to make this ruling. As a liberal judge this ruling was practically a forgone conclusion. I can imagine that this judge had her mind made up before the case was filed. But she waited until it might be too late to get a court stay. Al Franken is the most notable of the current member of Congress that likely would have lost without fraudulent votes. In past elections its doubtful that John F. Kennedy could have own without fraud in Illinois and Lyndon Johnsons senate career was helped along by fraud. ACORN was formed to perpetrate voter fraud. To Democrats fraud is necessary and desirable. lynnIt is the Democratic Party way. Lynn Woolley is a Texas-based syndicated talk-show host and author who blogs at WBDaily.com.
