WOOLLEY: On the Transgender&" Debate in Ft. Worth I Stand with Dan Patrick

Its time conservatives come forward along with pastors & congregations of the great churches to join the struggle By Lynn Woolley Texas Insider Report: AUSTIN Texas  If you think Im sick of writing about transgenders" and where they go to the bathroom youre right. This entire discussion is so illogical that its just nuts. But its real. When the right to privacy" was originally discovered by liberals and Democrats it was necessary to pave the way for abortion on demand. But things are different in the bathroom. There privacy" doesnt really mean privacy" anymore.    The Fort Worth policy says that transgender students can use the bathroom or locker room of their choice depending on how they identify." Teachers are forced to address these students by the pronoun that reflects their gender identity." Yes; its nutty.Texas Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick is now in an open feud with Fort Worth School Superintendent Kent Scribner over the Districts new bathroom rules. Patrick has demanded that Superintendent Scribner resign. Why should he? President Obama and Attorney General Lynch are on his side. So is Fort Worth School Board President Jacinto Ramos. So the policy likely stays in place and so does the left-wing school superintendent. He is taking on a liberal school district run by liberal administrators with a liberal school board all backed up by a liberal administration in Washington. The idea seems to be to use the educational system to indoctrinate young students with left-wing viewpoints on gender of lack of. Video: Published on May 10 2016 Texas Lt. Governor Dan Patrick held a presser before the Fort Worth ISD School Board met to hear public opinion on the school districts transgender policy. (Dallas Morning News video/editing: Tom Fox) So Patrick traveled to Fort Worth to argue his case in person before the Big Honchos that run the FWISD. He again called for Scribner to resign citing violations of the Texas Education Code. (The Code gives parents the right to know what their children are learning while in the custody of teachers and administrators.) Patricks case was logical: he doesnt support bullying the new term for harassing gays and lesbians but he believes this policy is wrongheaded" and has gone over the line.

This is proactive" Patrick said making special accommodations for students." And later he added The superintendent is putting the privacy and rights of 78000 or 79000 students in the back seat for a few."

Patrick said that parents could seek legal relief and that additional assistance might come from embattled Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton.

He Scribner has violated the Education Code so that would be up to the Attorney General" Patrick said. But we will pursue legislative action as appropriate."

So Texas might go the way of North Carolina Passing a bathroom bill" seems rather extreme just to keep dirtbags like Bruce Springsteen and Ringo Starr out of Texas permanently. But it may be necessary to protect traditional rights. Of course it would mean picking a fight with Obama and Lynch. And they have unlimited amounts of taxpayer money to squander while fighting for the progressive vision of a gender-free society. What about the right to privacy" that progressives have already found in the Constitution? When the right to privacy" was suddenly discovered it was necessary to pave the way for abortion on demand. But things are different in the bathroom. There privacy" doesnt mean privacy" anymore. It refers to the right to kill the unborn but not the right to pee in private. The new progressive vision is equality" and that means doing away with concepts like gender male/female and gender specific pronouns like he/she and him/her. Thats right folks. We cant all be equal until we have redistribution of chromosomes. Liberals are attempting to stamp out gender. I hope they fail. Meanwhile the fight over bathrooms is heating up in Fort Worth Please note that since the 1960s left-wing radicals have entered the education field in record numbers. They now own that segment of society and they have their scrawny hands around our childrens necks. They are forming our childrens thought processes. They are bound and determined to normalize every type of depravity they can. They are anti-Christian and anti-church. Fort Worth is now a battleground for traditional values. I hope conservatives will come forward and be joined by pastors and congregations of the great churches to join the struggle. In this battle I stand with North Carolina. And in Fort Worth I stand with Dan Patrick.
