A majority agrees with North Carolina Sheriff’s complaint "Democrats have become hostile to law enforcement."
WASHINGTON, D.C. (Texas Insider Report) — A 51% majority of "Likely U.S. Voters" agree with Republican Sen. John Kennedy’s denunciation of the $1.2 trillion "Infrastructure Package" that passed the Senate this week.
A new Rasmussen Reports National Poll finds that 51% of Likely U.S. Voters agree with Louisiana Sen. John Kennedy’s statement:

"They told us the bill was paid for. It isn’t. We’re going to have to borrow maybe up to $400 billion to pay for it.”
That includes:
- 36% who Strongly Agree with Kennedy
- 44% of voters disagree with Kennedy’s quote,
- including 19% who Strongly Disagree
- Another 15% are not sure.
Is Biden Keeping His Campaign Promises? Voters Are Doubtful
"Has President Biden kept his campaign promises more, less or about the same as most presidents?" was the question, and less than a third believe President Biden is doing better than previous presidents in keeping his promises.
A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that:
- Just 13% of Likely U.S. Voters believe most politicians keep their campaign promises
- 69% say they do not
- 18% are undecided
Voters Strongly Reject Cong. Cori Bush’s ‘Defund the Police’ Rhetoric
By a 2-to-1 margin, voters disagree with Missouri Democrat Congresswoman Cori Bush’s demand to "Defund the Police", while a majority agrees with a North Carolina sheriff’s complaint that Democrats have become hostile to law enforcement.
“Defunding the police has to happen, we need to defund the police and put that money into social safety nets.”

- 51% who Strongly Disagree
- 31% agree
- including 12% who Strongly Agree
"So, suck it up... defunding the police has to happen.
