62% of Americans Oppose Biden's Pardon, 41% Do So Strongly – While 54% Disagree with Joe's Rationale

"It gives the American people the sense there's one system for the rich & powerful – and another system for everybody else." – Colorado Democrat Sen. Michael Bennet

WASHINGTON, D.C. (Texas Insider Report) — Americans voters overwhelmingly oppose President Joe Biden's pardon that erased his son Hunter's Federal Tax and Gun Convictions, according to a new poll released earlier today by pollster Scott Rasmussen's Napolitan News Service.

They also reject Joe Biden's explainatiion of the pardon by a wide margin, and believe Donald Trump was more a victim of malicious prosecution than Hunter Biden was.
The Rasmussen Napolitan News Service Survey found:

  • 62% of Americans Voters oppose the pardon,
    • including 41% who strongly oppos it,
  • while only 30% of voters favor Biden's lifetime decree of clemency,

Said U.S. Senator Ron Johnson, who led the initial 2020 probe into Hunter Biden's activities – only to be stymied by FBI interference and lies about Hunter Biden’s laptop:

“Under Democrat governance, there truly is a dual system of justice – one that protects Democrats, and another that's weaponized against their political opponents,” said Johnson (R-WI.)

The Senator said he believes Joe Biden will go down in history as not only the worst president in U.S. history, but also as the most corrupt.

Johnson said the pardon was the ultimate exclamation point proving the U.S. Justice System was used to relentlessly pursue President Donald Trump and his associates, while serving as a protector of President Joe Biden, his son Hunter Biden, and their business associates.

"It just gives the American people the sense that there's one system for the rich and powerful – and another system for everybody else," said Colorado Democrat Sen. Michael Bennet – who also blasted Mr. Biden during an interview with CNN, directly the president of putting his “personal interest ahead of duty.”

The Rasmussen Napolitan News Poll also found that American Voters resoundingly reject the explanation used by President Biden to justify his decision – claiming that Hunter Biden was unfairly targeted by prosecutors for political purposes:

  • a majority 54% disagreed with Joe Biden's rationale,
  • while just 37% agreed.
Voters were more sympathetic to President-elect Donald Trump:

  • with 46% declaring they believed the Justice Department unfairly targeted him under Biden's leadership,
  • while 42% disagreed.

The man who oversaw a wide-ranging House of Representatives impeachment inquiry – House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer – which discovered and delivered explosive revelations about the nature of the Biden family grift while systematically proving that Joe Biden lied to the American people, said:

"Joe Biden has lied from start to finish about his family’s corrupt influence peddling activities.

"Not only has he falsely claimed that he never met with his son’s foreign business associates, and that his son did nothing wrong, but he also lied when he said he would not pardon Hunter Biden.

"The charges Hunter faced were just the tip of the iceberg in the blatant corruption that President Biden and the Biden Crime Family have lied about to the American people," said Chairman Comer.

“It’s unfortunate – rather than come clean about their decades of wrongdoing, President Biden and his family continue to do everything they can to avoid accountability,"

Rep. Greg Stanton, an Arizona Democrat, was the first House member of Mr. Biden’s Democrat Party to criticize the pardon.

“This wasn’t a politically-motivated prosecution. Hunter committed felonies, and was convicted by a jury of his peers,” Stanton wrote on X.

Joe Biden began his presidency with a series of lies about his son’s influence-peddling and international business dealings:

  • the Hunter Biden laptop was Russian "disinformation,"
  • the Biden family never received money from China, and
  • the future president never consorted with son Hunter and his influence-seeking associates.

And he is ending his tenure in the White House with a stunning broken promise to the American people.

“Let’s just say the quiet part out loud, certain Americans are indeed above the law and influence is always for sale,” said outgoing Democrat Congressman Dean Phillips – who spoke for many Americans when he posted on X.
