91 of Trump News Coverage During Past 3 Months was Hostile Study Says

Media bias continues in September October & November Texas Insider Report: WASHINGTON D.C. While most Americans believe the mainstream news medias portrayal of the Trump presidency has been hostile or negative a new study of the evening  newscasts during the past three months shows that ABCs CBSs and NBCs coverage of width=445President Trump was unrelenting more than 90 negative. Newly released research from the Media Research Center found that 1123 out of 1228 statements made about President Trump on the Big Three" news networks during September October and November were critical of the president and his administration. Only 105 of the statements were considered positive in tone or content. According to research released Tuesday by the Media Research Center a conservative press watchdog:
  • In September there were just 31 pro-Trump statements on the Big Three vs. 359 negative.
  • In October the number of positive statements grew to 41 while the negative statements swelled to 435.
  • In November the ratio remained essentially unchanged: 33 positive statements vs. 320 negative statements.
width=266Add it all up and coverage of President Trump has been 91 negative during the past three months. According to the numbers the news media appears to be increasingly hostile toward President Trump and the working relationship between the Trump Administration and the press corps shows no signs of improving. Even as the media whine about about Trump their hostile coverage shows no let up. Our study of news in June July and August found an identical rate of 91 negative coverage which means TV news is unchanged in its hostility toward the president" wrote Rich Noyes the Media Research Centers director of research.
