The experts can’t even tell us what GDP will be next year, so it’s the height of academic arrogance to predict 75 years from now.

WASHINGTON, D.C. (Texas Insider Report) — We know this news will knock you right off your chair, but it turns out that one of the major climate change apocalypse studies has been retracted.
The highly cited study, published last year in the prestigious journal Nature, predicted that the world's economic output would drop by multiple trillions of dollars – a decline of 62% by the end of the century – if drastic anti-fossil fuel measures weren't taken. It became the basis for recommendations by the World Bank, the IMF, the Congressional Budget Office... even the Vatican for sweeping actions to slow economic growth. We aren't scientists at Unleash Prosperity, but we immediately smelled a rat when the study came out.
For example, we noted in the HOTLINE that it would be virtually impossible for a slight warming in the planet's temperatures to cause a REDUCTION in agricultural output.
Also, the experts can’t even tell us what GDP will be next year, so it’s the height of academic arrogance to predict 75 years from now.
When the flaws of the study were brought to light, the authors of the study issued their obligatory "oopsy-daisy" statement for their 200% error – but instead of slinking off into the academic wilderness, they repeated their claim that humanity will perish if we don't build more windmills.

One obvious question is, why the media, the academic community, and even the clergy suspended any sense of disbelief and bought into these lunatic predictions?
Maybe it's because they WANTED it to be true. If you hate capitalism and human flourishing, what better way to stop it than to take away people's electric power and turn off the lights?
The second obvious question is, whether these prophets of doom will PLEASE stop lecturing us about following the fabricated “settled science?”
You all know the answer to that!
