Texas Insider Report: WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Congressman Brian Babin (TX-36) released the following statement in support of the State Department’s decision to force China to close its Houston consulate.
“Donald Trump has taken more actions to hold China accountable than any other President in our history,” said Rep. Babin. “For far too long, we have tolerated Communist China’s malicious espionage, cybercrime, outright theft, false propaganda, bullying, and human rights abuses. The State Department’s decision to make China close its Houston consulate for once again threatening America’s national security was undoubtedly the right call.

They must enact major reforms and drastically change their ways if they want to continue to participate in global trade and relations.”
