- 2nd Amendment Protection Act: Protects the Second Amendment rights of veterans by prohibiting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) from reporting veterans to NICS solely because they have a fiduciary to help them manage their VA financial benefits, without a court ruling that they are a danger to themselves or others.
- DHS Cybersecurity On-The-Job Training Program Act: Establishes a voluntary on-the-job training program within the DHS to equip employees who are not currently in cybersecurity roles with the skills needed to transition into the field.
- Stop Human Trafficking of Unaccompanied Migrant Children Act: establishes proper vetting standards by Health and Human Services (HHS) and DHSbefore releasing an unaccompanied child to a sponsor.

Rep. Luttrell held a roundtable with Sam Houston State University, DHS, Cybersecurity Infrastructure and Security Agency (CISA), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) to discuss the requirements and skill sets these agencies look for when recruiting the next generation of the cyber workforces.
