Cornyn Announces More Than $66M in Federal Funds Returned to Constituents in 2025

Texas Insider Report: WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senator John Cornyn (R-TX) today announced that $66,304,000 in federal funds, including U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs benefits, payment assistance to active duty military and military retirees, Internal Revenue Service tax refunds, Social Security checks, Federal Emergency Management Agency assistance, and more, were returned to Texas constituents in 2025 due to the efforts of his Constituent Services team. This stems from some of the more than 7,800 requests for assistance the Senator received last year from constituents throughout Texas.
