"There is no place in our nation for this appalling anti-Catholic terrorism."
Texas Insider Report: WASHINGTON, D.C. – In Minneapolis, MN, a twenty-three year-old shooter opened fire on a student Mass at Annunciation Catholic School killing two children and injuring seventeen innocent parishioners.
The FBI is investigating this shooting both as an act of domestic terrorism and as a hate crime targeting Catholics. According to the Department of Homeland Security, the shooter was a "man, claiming to be transgender" and "scrawled the words ‘For the Children’ and ‘Where is your God?’ and ‘Kill Donald Trump’ on a rifle magazine." Congressman Byron Donalds (R-FL) released the following statement:
"Today in Minneapolis, a deranged killer opened fire on young Catholic children during their first morning Mass of the new school year. We mourn the innocent souls lost, we pray for the health of those injured, and we stand with our Catholic neighbors across the Sunshine State and the nation in the wake of this despicable attack. There is no place in our nation for this appalling anti-Catholic terrorism."
