Why? Because as the Times reports, just as we've noted multiple times in the HOTLINE: soaring electric bills are twice as high as those in the Midwest or South and climbing fast.The Democratic governors of Connecticut, Rhode Island, Maine, and Massachusetts are delaying or dropping their unattainable and expensive green energy goals.

The new trendy alternative to wind and solar is nuclear power - which we are in favor of as long as it doesn’t require taxpayer subsidies. What the northeast REALLY needs is clean and cheap and abundant natural gas. And all they need to get that is pipelines - which the Left opposes.
